Prince Hazeez Babajide Akinloye is a seasoned real estate developer, investor, and legal practitioner with extensive experience in land acquisition, property development, joint venture structuring, and residential real estate investments across Lagos State and other emerging growth corridors in Nigeria.

As a Prince of the Ojomu Royal Family of the Ajiran Kingdom in Eti-Osa, Lagos State, he has unique access to strategic land opportunities and deep-rooted relationships with traditional institutions, host communities, investors, and regulatory stakeholders. Over the years, he has successfully leveraged these relationships to facilitate and participate in multiple real estate development projects, creating value through land assembly, project conceptualisation, construction oversight, and property commercialisation.

For more than two decades, Prince Akinloye, through his legal practice – Akinloye & Akinloye Legal Practitioners – has been actively involved in the real estate sector, participating in several joint-venture developments across residential estates, apartment complexes, and mixed-use projects. His expertise spans the entire development value chain, including land sourcing, due diligence, title regularisation, project financing, development management, marketing, and sales.

He currently serves as a Director of Projectscope Limited, a construction and project management company that delivers residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. In this role, he provides strategic leadership across project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and quality assurance.

His legal training further strengthens his ability to navigate complex land transactions, contractual negotiations, development agreements, and regulatory compliance requirements, providing investors and development partners with confidence and security throughout the project lifecycle.
