Abiodun Razzaq Dada, ACII, BL, MBA, FCII (Ghana), is a distinguished insurance executive, legal professional, and strategic business leader with over 35 years of extensive experience in insurance, risk management, underwriting, reinsurance, claims administration, corporate governance, and executive management across Nigeria and Ghana. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to organizational growth, operational excellence, and sustainable business development.

Mr. Dada has occupied several high-profile executive positions, culminating in his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Lasaco Assurance Plc, where he provided strategic direction, championed business transformation, strengthened corporate governance, and enhanced shareholder value. Prior to this role, he served as Acting Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director (Technical), and Executive Director (Technical), successfully leading the company's underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and technical operations. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director/CEO of Wapic Insurance (Ghana) Ltd., Executive Director at ROE Insurance Brokers Limited, Group Head of Retail Clients Division at Wapic Insurance Plc, and held several progressively responsible management positions in Metropolitan Trust Insurance Company (now Consolidated Hallmark Plc) and City Union Insurance Company.
